BJP president K Laxman says that they are focused about Telangana as the election process in close to the end in Karnataka. BJP seems to focus on the votes in different states in 2019. The Legislative Assembly polls in Telangana is going to be held with the Lok Sabha elections in 2019.
BJP president K Laxman says,”Recently, a meeting was held in Delhi under the leadership of president Amit Shah Ji. He focused on Telangana. He clearly told that now elections are over in the states which are bound to take place. Now, the focus will be on Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, West Bengal, Orissa.”
He also tells that Amit Shah may also visit Telangana next month to know about the political situation and to plan for the votings which will be held in 2019. “As far as ‘Panna Pramukhs’ are concerned, out of 119 assembly constituencies, nearly 40-50 assemblies the ‘Panna Pramukh’ exercise is over. Rest of the assemblies also, we will finish within one or two months…,” he added.
This clearly states that the party is trying to make a platform for its success. He had also discussed the funds given to Telangana for the development in areas like railways, highways, Ujwala and more. At this, the BJP leader says that the party will also come up with a straightforward manifesto which will include SCs, youth and other backward classes and all other sections of the society in Telangana. This will be really an interesting point to see that how successfully will BJP’s strategies will work in Telangana.
